INSTOCK POLICY: While Open Circle values our web store customers, our company is setup as a supplier for actual storefronts. As such, we cannot be expected to function as a warehouse center for internet stores who wish to list our products on their sites without stocking the actual items for resale.

It is recommended that website stores purchase stock of items that they have chosen to be featured on their website, just as storefront customers do. Our stock of items, colors & sizes, as well as our discontinued items, can change on a daily basis. We can only notify our customers of these changes during the course of an order being placed or an order being prepared for placement within 24 hours. Our drop ship policy also includes this clause : "It is not our responsibility to hold product for your internet store as a potentiality that you might receive an order."

Open Circle is a small company. We try to service all our customers' needs to the best of our ability, but we cannot allow the time of our small team of Customer Service Representatives to be spent going over the "in or out of stock" information on all our hundreds of items with any wholesale customer who wishes to use this information to update their site without ordering product to stock at their own location. Not only is it enormously time consuming for both parties, but fruitless, as our stock can change dramatically from day to day.

PAYMENT & CREDIT TERMS: Payment must be made in U.S. $. Orders will be prepaid with credit card or shipped COD-MONEY ORDER unless credit is established. Credit applications will be mailed to businesses in the US upon request for COD-check or NET 30. Personal or company checks will only be accepted after credit check is completed. Businesses in the U.S. may apply for a Net 30 account provided they have been in business for at least two years and have established credit elsewhere. Please allow up to one month for your application to be processed. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 returned check fee and subsequent orders will be sent COD Money Order or credit card only.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: Interest of 1.5% per month will accrue on all overdue accounts. Accounts with unpaid invoices over 30 days will revert to COD Money Order until account is brought current. Accounts more than 3 months in arrears will be sent to collections.

RETURNS: We do not accept returns without prior authorization. All returns must be authorized by Open Circle and be in saleable condition. All items are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Authorized returns made within thirty days of receipt will receive a full refund or credit (less shipping & handling charges). Authorized returns made after thirty days will incur a 20% restocking fee. We recommend all returns be sent insured as OC will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

CREDIT MEMOS: Credit memos expire 1 year from date of issuance. It is the customer's responsibility to claim any credit due. Please refer to credit memo number when placing new order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES (U.S. ONLY): Orders in the continental U.S. will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping & handling charges will be based on weight and value, with a minimum charge of $9.00. COD orders are an additional $6.25. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent via USPS or UPS 2nd day. Express shipping and international rates are available upon request. Shipping charges subject to change to reflect UPS/USPS rate hikes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES: Orders can be placed using the shopping cart as usual. Use the wholesale code – my50 – to receive your discounted total for the order. All other terms apply. Payment is preferred by Paypal until you have ordered once. We do accept credit cards, on a case by case basis.

Shipping charges vary by location & weight of package. Shipping charges will also vary from the total on your shopping cart, and may need to be paid additionally. Your order will be shipped once this total is agreed. We prefer to ship insured or trackable USPS. We are not responsible to replace the order if your postal service loses it after it crosses the border from the USA. Your placing of an order is your pledge that you agree to these terms, plus all other noted wholesale terms on this page.

SHIPPING TIME: In stock orders will be shipped within 5 business days by UPS ground. If you require expedited shipping, please communicate with our customer service representative, who will find the best shipping method to ensure your shipment arrives on time. Please note that RUSH ORDERS will be subject to a $10 Rush Order Fee. For shipping time on Custom Orders, please speak with our customer service representative.

COLORS & SIZES: Some of our merchandise comes in several sizes and/or colors. If no choice is made, we will choose for you. Some colors/sizes may be out of stock and unless you clearly specify that substitutions are unacceptable, we will substitute colors/sizes.

CUSTOM ITEMS: Most of our jewelry can be customized. For special sizes or gemstones, or if you'd like us to execute a one-of-a kind piece, please contact our customer service representative for details. One of a kind designs must be prepaid. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

FAIRES & SHOWS: We have retail booths at a number of faires and shows, especially on the West Coast. We reserve the right to be the exclusive seller of our own products at these faires and shows. All customers who sell at these shows will be asked to sign a non-competition agreement. Please call our customer service representative for a list of all shows we will be involved in.

E-AUCTIONS: We do not authorize our merchandise to be sold on e-auctions and we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any company that does e-auctions. Exceptions are designated close-out items.
